A boat is safe in the harbor. But this is not the purpose of a boat. — Paulo Coelho
This morning I sat by the rocks watching the waves crash in and waited a while to try and get the perfect splash. I thought this was it, but realised the lone kayaker was smack bang in the middle of the picture. I NEVER see kayakers on the river. I’d seen this person paddling up the river a few minutes ago and hoped they wouldn’t make it into the photo, yet there they are, in the best one of all. I thought about attempting to clone them out but I thought why not leave them. It’s the story of my morning, and they are in it. So there you have it, splash + kayak.
